Retest and Extended retest

Where a court disqualifies a person for dangerous driving or causing death by dangerous driving, it must order an extended retest.

The courts also have discretion to order a retest for any other offence which carries penalty points.

Due to very low figures of re-offence after retest, more and more offending motorists are being sent for retest and extended retests...If you are one of the growing number, then give yourself every chance of getting your licence back first time!
